Dedicated to providing a higher standard in accessibly designed homes for people of all mobility levels, a selection of suites will be offered through Daniels’ Accessibility Designed Program (ADP), at no additional cost, exceeding the accessibility standards set by the Ontario Building Code (OBC). Layouts include accessible features such as roll-in showers and roll-out balconies.
