The brand
The brand for Canary District goes beyond a building to encompass the largest urban village Toronto has ever seen, a visionary community with thousands of new condominiums adjacent to the spectacular new 18-acre Don River Park. Every touchpoint, every element, every image, every word works to tell the richly-layered story of a new district where vibrant mixed-use programming will ensure that the area becomes a thriving and enduring neighbourhood for generations to come.
The Spirit of the Games
The Pan/Parapan American Games, which began in Buenos Aires in 1951, are held every four years, and bring together athletes from North, Central and South America to compete in a wide variety of disciplines. In 2015, the Games landed in Toronto, and with them, more than 10,000 athletes, coaches and delegates from 41 countries. Initially developed as the Athletes’ Village, today Canary District continues to boast the spirit of the Pan Am Games - a celebration of life, nature, passion and community.
