The Montana Steele team returned from Las Vegas with another seven Gold victories in our hands from the 2015 National Sales & Marketing Awards gala held in Las Vegas on January 20th.
Our big wins included Best Overall Advertising Campaign for the luxury inspired designs of Minto Yorkville Park, the golden high-rise condominium development edition in Toronto’s trendiest neighbourhood.
“There were more people than ever in attendance at this year’s show,” says Montana Steele Partner Joe Latobesi. “It’s evident the real estate industry across North America is experiencing tremendous growth right now, and it’s fantastic for us to be a part of that.”
The competition was tough, with project nominations from communities and agencies in Canada and the United States, but our creative and innovative ideas shown through to capture seven Gold wins – Best Digital Marketing Campaign & Best Marketing of Green/Sustainability for Minto Longbranch, Best Print Ad for Harbour Plaza, Best Computer Generated Sales Tool for 11 Wellesley, Best Architecture Design of Attached Community High Rise for Dundas Square Gardens and finally, Best Attached Community of the Year High Rise for Tea House Condominiums.
Each year the awards recognize and celebrate industry leaders that produce exceptional work and this year was no different with the roaster of Silver Finalists and Gold Winners in Las Vegas.
These awards are considered the Oscars of the North American new home industry – a distinguished and independent panel comprised of the top names in the home building and marketing industry determines each year’s winners.
