Toy Factory Lofts

On the site of the old Mattel toy factory, this authentic loft project was branded with an iconic red, white and blue rubber ball that signified its connection to toys. The ball was used throughout the advertising and marketing. We also created a comic book showing the evolution from Toy Factory to Toy Factory Lofts.
