Montana Steele’s King Blue team marked a twin royal celebration at our client’s VIP opening cocktail reception and preview broker luncheon events for the launch of King Blue Condominiums. All members of the King Blue build team were in attendance, as Mr. Steve Gupta – President and CEO Easton’s Group of Hotels, announced his new venture and epic development at the corner of King Street West and Blue Jays Way in Toronto’s Entertainment District.
At the inaugural event, King Blue Condos was unrecognizable as a sales centre. Instead, it became a venue for a spectacular show, that began outside the doors. Valet runners moved late model vehicles to park beside rows of stretch-limos in a roped off parking lot, soon to be occupied by the southern twin tower. Hundreds of guests lined the street, moving slowly along the blue carpet covering the sidewalk while watching flame jugglers in awe. Upon entering – a marvelous evening of cocktails, colour and light. Music met the mood, acrobats, dancers, cigar-girls and fashion followed.
Gupta and his daughters Reetu and Shelley, of the Easton’s Group – invited friends, family and VIP guests to the epic opening cocktail reception. Reetu Gupta showcased her new fashion line “MAYA” in a stunning runway show and Barbara Lawlor extended a welcome from the Baker Real Estate team, who hosted the preview VIP sales event throughout the week. Over one thousand guests were greeted at the unveiling of King Blue’s stylish new model suites, state-of-the-art scale model and preferred pricing in one of Toronto’s most desirable neighbourhoods.
Reetu Gupta – VP Sales & Marketing, Strategic Development, Easton’s Group of Hotels, explained, “King Blue will tower royally above the rest!” King Blue’s VIP team at Montana Steele Strategic Marketing positioned online real estate prior to the launch and partners from The Communications Group and BOSHnewmediaCom ensured that the brand placement was immeasurably first class and socially connected, which attracted record media attention and attendance pre-launch, from guests, real estate brokers and investors in-person and online.
While learning of the expansive development plans for King West, King Blue guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and a variety of royal signature cocktails at the historical Westinghouse building, from where the condo podium will rise. They marvelled at the scale model on display, and previewed virtual units starting with suites from 400 square feet upwards – to include two and three bedroom luxury condos.
King Blue was designed by Page + Steele/IBI Group Architects, and the interiors are by the renowned firm Munge Leung. The array of luxurious amenities includes an expansive rooftop garden, floating fire pits, celebrity kitchens and party facilities for both small and large groups, in addition to retail shops and the Theatre Museum. King Blue Condos is positioned as a “destination” amongst others.
The King Blue Sales Centre is located at 355 King Street and from the moment you enter from the corner doors, the words – STYLE – FASHION – GAME – send illuminating magnetic light that draws you into the dark hallway — and sends you into a swagger across the floor. This is the very essence of the brand of King Blue. It’s meant to draw you into The GOOD LIFE. It’s all about King Blue and YOU!
